Free Trial

Salvio offers a free trial period as specified on our pricing page. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial period, you may subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Refund requests made after 7 days from the date of payment will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Changes to your plan will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds are issued for downgrades.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
